We have been providing education in Accounting, Finance, IT and strategic management since 1988.
We have served a variety of clients ranging from the Government to public and private customers. Our courses range from
accounting and finance for the non financial manager to capital investment and strategic management for senior managers and
accountants.
In addition, we hold workshops and tutorials for new users of IT systems and are able to deliver courses
on Microsoft Office software, including excel and access, both for independant use and report writing, linking to the
host database. We are also experts in "Baan" finance applications.
We use a variety of teaching methods including classroom tutorials, pre and post course exercises,
business games and web based training, to suit the needs of the customer.
By performing a skills audit, we can assist you to identify areas of strength and weakness in your
Organisation and to develop bespoke training programmes accordingly. We can also assist in developing training plans
suited to your finance and distribution systems, to ensure that there are seamless transitions to new systems with new software
implementations, or to optimise the use of existing systems.
By creating bespoke training programmes, the training is based on your requirements, saving time
and expense and optimising the learning experience for individuals.

· Strategic planning training and work flow development for the Sheffield University Catering Department.
· General Manager and Departmental Manager accounting and finance training for Millenium Copthorne, Novotel
, De Vere Hotels , Jarvis, The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) and University Hospitality Seminars (UHS), in association
with Oxford University.
· Training for the examinations of the British Association of Hotel Accountants for De Vere and Novotel,
prizes being won by delegates for two consecutive years.
· Research work and modelling on the cost of staff turnover in hotels for the Hotel Employers Group.
· Baan Enterprise resource Planning training for Baan iv, v and Ln for a variety of clients, including Texon,
Mita, GKN, Bahco and Snap-on Tools.
· Aurum and Front Office CRM training.
· Bespoke training in Microsoft Office including excel, access and Microsoft Project for a variety of clients.
